“环境设计”教学中心中方主要师资

	顾琛教授，艺术设计学院院长。湖北省第三层次人才，中国动画学会会员，湖北省动漫学会理事，中国数字艺术设计专家委员会评评审专家，湖北省政协智库专家，中国电子视像行业协会数字影像创意委员会常务理事。丹麦CEU Kolding、台湾铭传大学访问学者。主要讲授动画专业课程。近年来主持完成国家广播电视总局研究项目、国家民委民族研究项目、湖北省政协调研项目、湖北省教学研究项目、湖北省教科规划项目多项。参与国家社会科学基金、湖北省教育厅、国际合作等项目10余项，主持、参与企业委托设计项目8项，在《包装工程》等国内外专业刊物上发表相关的研究论文30余篇，出版学术专著2部，科研成果获国家广电总局等省部级奖项两项，设计作品多次入选国内各项展览。动画作品《六分三十秒》获国家新闻出版总局动画创作二等奖，专著《节奏空间探究》获武汉市第十四届社科成果三等奖，电子作品出版物《反腐倡廉系列动画》获第三届中国出版政府奖音像制品、电子出版物奖提名。
	张立教授，2002年研究生毕业于武汉理工大学设计艺术学专业，湖北省政协文化文史和学习委员会智库专家。中国艺术人类学会委员，湖北省包装联合会设计委员会会员、湖北省广告协会会员。主要研究新媒体视觉设计、文化创意设计、文化遗产传承与创新。主持国家民委民族研究项目、教育部人文社科基金项目、湖北省人文社科基金项目、湖北省教育科学规划项目和湖北省高等教学研究项目多项。在《西南民族大学学报》、《云南师范大学学报》、《光明日报（理论版）》和《中国社会科学报》等国内CSSCI来源期刊等刊物发表研究论文多篇。作品“经济转型视野下的设计创意研究”，曾获河南省优秀社会科学成果三等奖。
	黄朝斌副教授，艺术设计学院副院长。毕业于湖北美术学院研究生部新媒体艺术专业，获文学硕士学位。主要讲授媒体形式与风格、三维动画等课程。现为湖北民族大学美术学、中国少数民族艺术方向硕士生导师。中国傩戏学研究会会员、中国艺术人类学学会会员、湖北省动漫协会常务副秘书长、湖北省美术家协会会员。研究方向为数字媒体艺术。曾主持国家社会科学基金一般项目及湖北省委宣传部“七个一百”与湖北省文旅厅“二个一百”人才“湖北省美术人才培养工程重点资助项目”多项。曾在《贵州大学学报（艺术版）》等核心杂志发表论文多篇。
	陈国俊副教授。长期担任环境艺术设计专业的教育教学工作，并从事艺术与设计的创作实践及理论研究工作。在《中国社会科学报》等核心刊物发表论文多篇并多次获奖。论文“‘泛动画’时代下中国动画高等教育的状况分析”，获三等奖（教育部）；论文“设计类课程‘校企合作、多师协同'教改实验探究”，获湖北省第六届大学生艺术节教学案例论文，一等奖（教育厅）；美术作品“2020年武汉记忆，逆行者”入选“壮丽航程——庆祝建党100周年湖北主题性美术作品展”（中共湖北省委宣传部、省文旅厅）；美术作品“美丽的天使”入选“‘百年华诞·同心同行’湖北党外人士庆祝中国共产党成立100周年美术作品展”（中共湖北省委统战部）。主编、参编四部主编高校设计专业教材；指导学生竞赛：“中国大学生（文科）计算机设计大赛”获奖（省部级），二等奖1项、优胜奖1项（教育部）； “国青杯”第四届艺术设计大赛获奖（省部级）：一等奖6项，二等奖3项，三等奖2项（中国人生科学学会）；“米兰设计周大赛”，获二等奖1项（中国高等教育学会、中国教育国际交流协会）。
	张洋副教授，武汉大学访问学者，现担任湖北经济学院艺术设计学院环境与产品设计系主任。长期从事环境设计专业的教学工作，主要承担室内设计、公共设施设计、中国传统民居鉴赏、陈设设计等专业课程的教学任务。校级精品资源共享课“室内设计”课程负责人。校级一流课程（慕课）“中国传统民居鉴赏”课程负责人。研究方向为城市形象与环境艺术设计研究、中国传统民居传承与保护研究。发表学术论文30余篇，研究成果多次获奖。作为第一主编、副主编等编写专业规划教材10余部。主持完成或参与湖北省教育厅人文社科项目等各类教学研究、科学研究等课题10余项。
	李祥文副教授。2011年获得东南大学文学博士学位，博士研究生学历，艺术学专业。主要教授设计艺术史、美术鉴赏、设计概论和玩具设计等课程。教学生动有趣，重视案例教学，教学效果良好。曾获湖北经济学院2012-2013学年度优秀教学奖三等奖；湖北经济学院法商学院2014-2015学年第二学期教学质量优秀奖二等奖。研究方向为设计艺术学、艺术理论与美学理论。曾在《中国社会科学报》和《武汉理工大学学报(社会科学版)》等核心刊物发表论文多篇。主持湖北省教育厅科学研究计划项目和湖北省教育厅人文社会科学研究项目多项。
	董冠妮副教授。1979年4月毕业于德国纽伦堡欧姆理工大学，获硕士学位。主要讲授设计类课程。在第八届“全国高校数字艺术设计大赛”获得“优秀指导教师荣誉”称号，学生获省部级一等奖，国家级三等奖。指导学生参加“国青杯”第四届艺术设计大赛，一位学生获省部级一等奖，三位获获省部级二等奖，一位获省部级三等奖。指导学生参加2020全国大学生国防军工文化创意大赛，多人人获全国三等奖。研究方向为中外教育比较和地域文化与设计策略。主持湖北省教育厅人文社会科学研究项目多项，在《美育学刊》等核心刊物发表论文多篇。
	魏雷副教授。环境设计系副主任。主要从事环境设计专业的教学工作，主要承担中外园林史、园林植物景观设计、景观设计等专业课程的教学任务。教学效果受到广大学生、督导和同行教师的积极好评，每门课程的学生评教都名列前茅。教学成果也颇为丰富，指导了3篇省级优秀学士学位论文和2篇校级优秀学士学位论文，指导了学生国家级设计竞赛获奖3项，省部级设计竞赛获奖7项等，同时还指导了多名学生考取了重点院校的硕士研究生。在风景园林规划设计历史与理论、风景资源保护与生态修复、历史文化遗产保护等方向展开系统而深入地研究。主持湖北省教育厅人文社科项目多项，在《华中农业大学学报(社会科学版)》等期刊发表论文多篇。
	杨洋讲师。毕业于中央美术学院。主要教学课程为造型基础、产品造型基础、材料工艺学等专业必修课程等。指导学生赵一帆团队获得大学生创新创业项目省级立项并结项；指导学生论文《“墨中生花”花器设计》获得优秀学士学位论文；指导学生作品获得省级比赛奖励13项，指导学生获得“长江学子奖”。2017年校级教学优秀奖三等奖、2018年五四青年岗位能手、2019年度优秀本科生导师，毕业生创业先进个人、2020年校级教学优秀一等奖。专注于产品设计、陶瓷雕塑研究，现为《人民梦想》国家艺术基金项目主持人。并获得2021获得中国西部陶艺双年展特等奖、2021年获得米兰设计周三等奖、2019年第八届湖北省高校美术与设计大展银奖、第七届湖北省高校美术与设计大展优秀奖、第一届“学院空间”湖北省青年美术作品展优秀奖。
	任军君讲师。主要承担《室内设计》、《装饰材料与工艺》、《装饰工程预决算》、《机械制图》、《家具设计》等专业课程的教学。曾荣获湖北经济学院教学质量优秀奖二等奖2次、湖北经济学院法商学院教学质量优秀奖三等奖2次；湖北省优秀学士学位论文指导老师2次；2010-2012年度荣获湖北经济学院优秀共产党员称号、2011-2012学年“先进班主任”和“就业工作优秀个人”等荣誉称号。从事室内设计、家具设计等方向研究。在中国社会科学报、美术大观、湖北经济学院学报、家具与室内装饰等报纸期刊上共发表论文20余篇，其中核心论文4篇；参编教材2部。主持校级教研项目1项，参与各级纵向项目3项，横向项目5项。

刘斌

讲师。毕业于武汉大学，现为实验室主任。主要讲授创意设计类课程。曾获2020年中国高等教育学会，首届湖北省高校教师教学创新大赛（校内选拔赛）二等奖；2022年，全国高等院校计算机基础教育研究会第五届全国数字创意教学技能大赛二等奖。专注于文化创意、城乡景观方向研究。主持湖北省教育厅科学技术研究计划项目多项。论文多次获奖，2017年，在湖北省教育厅第六届大学生艺术节中，论文：基于文化创意产业的创新创业项目化育人途径研究与实践获得一等奖；2021年，湖北省教育厅第七届大学生艺术节，教学案例论文：基于MOCO/SPOC混合课程的校企融合，建设高校美育“金课”路径研究——以《室内软装设计》课程为例获得一等奖。

“环境设计”教学中心外方主要师资

	Diego Ersetig 环境与土木工程博士，教授，任教于应用艺术与设计学院，教龄25年。 He is an architect, PhD in Environmental and Civil Engineering. Since 1996 he has been working both with representation, tri-dimensional design and modeling, collaborating with several Studios and Design Firms (architecture, graphics and mechanics) and in the academic field as a Professor at the University, The Academy of Fine Arts, secondary schools and several training events. He is the author of several publications on design and digital representation; the creator of an innovative sail plan for sailing boats and catamarans that received a specific patent.
	Giorgio Cedolin 设计学博士，教授，任教于应用艺术与设计学院，教龄22年。 While studying architecture at Iuav in Venice he started showing an interest in design and communication, and attended prof Sergio Polano courses, getting in touch with designers such as Enrico Camplani, Giorgio Camuffo, Gianluigi Pescolderung, Leonardo Sonnoli and Pier Paolo Vetta. After graduation he teachesand works as a professional. While he was at Iuav in Venice, he collaborated with Evelina Bazzo, Enrico Camplani, Ginette Caron, Michael Klar, Gianluigi Pescolderung, Massimo Pitis. In 2009 he taught Typography at the courses for the Iuav Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design.In 2018 he taught History of Design and Applied Arts at the Accademia delle Belle Arti in Udine.In 2017 he got a PhD in Sciences of Design with a thesis on the expressive qualities of typography. Professionally speaking he operates as a communication designer dealing with image coordinated to editorial design and environmental graphic design.
	Paolo Puntin 心理学硕士，教授，任教于视觉艺术学院，教龄18年。 He graduated in Psychology at the Università degli Studi of Trieste, he is legally qualified as a Professor and enrolled in the Register of Psychologists of the Fruli Venezia Giulia Region. He has been a researcher in the sector of neuropsychology studying in particular the relationship between tactile perception and hemispheric lateralization, whose results have been published in a scientific International magazine. He is a professor of Theory of Perception and Psychology of Education at the Accademia di Belle Arti G.B. Tiepolo in Udine. Furthermore, he teaches communication techniques and reinforcement of personal potentiality. He has a multi-annual experience in the field of occupational and training psychology: He is an expert in the sector of active research for work and in selection techniques. He plans and conducts seminars and labs aimed at boosting creative skills, problem solving and management of emotions. He has significant experience in planning and conducting projects aimed at cognitive behavior rehabilitation in individuals with psycho-physical disabilities.
	Dimitri Waltritsch 建筑学硕士，教授，任教于应用艺术与设计学院，教龄10年。 Dimitri Waltritsch studied at the Istituto Universitario di Architettura of Venice (He graduated in Architecture with high honors in 1992) and at the Berlage Institute of Amsterdam (Master of Excellence in Architecture in 1996). His Studio has been active since 2001, after a long period of studying and professional training in various European Countries and in Japan (de Architecten Cie Amsterdam, Renzo Piano Building Workshop Paris, Ashihara International Tokyo). Some ongoing projects are the masterplan The International Community of Jia Ding in Shanghai and the Seat of the Biblioteca Nazionale degli Studi Slovena inside Palazzo Trgovski Dom by architect. Max Fabiani in Gorizia. His projects and realizations have been published in books and magazines in many countries. They have also been exhibited at the Architecture Biennale in Venice, at the Berlage Gallery in Amsterdam, the Den Haag City Hall, the Avary Hall of the Columbia University in New York, the World Congress of Architecture UIA 2011 held in Tokyo etc.
	Laura Morandini 传媒设计本科，副教授，任教于应用艺术与设计学院，教龄11年。 She mainly deals with cultural projects, luxury publishing and visual communication for agencies, museums and institutions. She cured the graphic planning of books and of book series dedicated to ancient and contemporary art, design, architecture, photography, for the most important National publishers. She has followed several image projects and installations for Italian museums and art exhibitions. Multi-sensory exhibition routes accessible in the line of ‘design for all’. She dealt with festivals and several artistic events. She developed projects for institutions and companies, for private individuals and public bodies. She is an image consultant for the Universitàdeglistudi of Udine and created the project and cultural platform ‘multiverso’: magazine, web, events, whose point of reference is multidisciplinarity. She is a member of Aiap, AssociazioneitalianaProgettazione per la ComunicazioneVisiva that disseminates the culture of graphic planning with responsibility and respect for the social, cultural and environmental impact.She has been teaching for Accademia GB Tiepolo since the year it was founded and from 2010 she has also been teaching at the Università IUAV in Venice.
	Elena Rotondi 系统设计硕士，讲师，任教于应用艺术与设计学院，教龄7年。 She is a System Designer with a professional and academic expertise that goes from product design to communication design. She graduated in Rome in Product Design in the year 2007. After several experiences in the working world as a graphic designer in the field of food industry and as interior & product designer, in 2009 she got her master in Food design. She went on through the years specializing in web and graphic communication and marketing. She decided to deepen her method of design thinking and in 2014 she specialized in System Design with the thesis “Transition Town Network transportable IKI living module” that was presented at the 23rd International Urban Planners exhibition in Belgrade where she won the first category award for “Researches and studies”. In the same year she was one of the ten designers selected in the whole world to participate to Lago studio, a planning experience that took place directly with the Company and under the direction of Daniele Lago. In2014 she started her collaboration with the University and with other Higher Education entities and her career nowadays is twofold: on one side her academic work as professor with some prestigious Italian universities and on the other her freelancing as a designer and consultant for the small and medium size enterprises in the territory. She teaches students and companies how to apply the design thinking method for planning and solution of complex problems which are different from time to time. In 2015 she was a designer finalist at the Perù Design Net Competition in the food section with “Pisco contest” a multi-platform marketing project.
	Luca Fattore 工业设计本科，讲师，任教于应用艺术与设计学院，教龄6年。 He graduated in Industrial Design in 2012 at the Università Iuav in Venice, his thesis was published by AIAP and his projects are exhibited in Milan for Milleannis: La nuova scena della grafica italiana. In 2015 he participated to the 5th Biennale di Grafica in Breda (NL) and in 2018 to the 25th Biennale of Design in Ljubljana (SLO). He contributed to ADI Italianism with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Farnesina). In 2017 he was a partner of Multiplo, a planning and project space studio located in Padua. The studio works for different kinds of clients – from the private sector to institutions, both at local and International levels-concentrating on creative direction, visual identity, publishing, exhibitions and inter-active design through various media. In 2019 he was the curator of a graphic project of the Luxembourg Pavilion at the 58th Esposizione Internazionale d’Arte Conteporanea – La Biennale in Venice. Since 2015 he has been involved in educational programs, teaching at universities, design academies, professional institutions and companies.
	Sylva Gortana 酒店设计硕士，讲师，任教于应用艺术与设计学院，教龄6年。 She studied at the Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan and at the University of Canberra in Australia. She later collaborated with Architecture Studios planning exhibitions, stands and events. At the same time, she worked passionately at graphics, developing several art direction projects, creating visual identities, logos for companies and associations. After specializing in design dedicated to reception at the Domus Academy in Milan, she devoted herself to interior design of luxury hotels and of hospitality areas. Her multiannual collaboration experience helped her develop and realize interior design projects in Italy and abroad. The focus of her projects is a constant research for the right synthesis between functionality and aesthetics, between space and matter linked to the territory she is working in, through a design that, interacts in an ethical and sustainable way, with history, with taste evolution and fashion, playing with shapes and rationality.
	Barbara Candoni 建筑学硕士，讲师，任教于应用艺术与设计学院，教龄5年。 The ability of man to transform space around him into something new and unique has always fascinated her. She got her master’s degree at the Universitàdeglistudi di Udine, developing new training experiences of study and work in Weisbaden, and Frankfurt am Main in Germany. She later collaborated with local agencies and deepened her own abilities as a planner in the architectonic field, in the field of energy and in urban planning. Thanks to a long-lasting collaboration abroad in multiple projects with Luxury Interior Design, she has been able to try creative planning and management, specializing in different areas such as: interior design, and, in particular, Hotel Luxury Design. This dynamic branch of architecture blends style with design and creativity to cover all needs and requests offering quality and search for metric forms keeping always in mind sustainability, cultural features of the territory and planning accessible to Design for All.

	任军君讲师。主要承担《室内设计》、《装饰材料与工艺》、《装饰工程预决算》、《机械制图》、《家具设计》等专业课程的教学。曾荣获湖北经济学院教学质量优秀奖二等奖2次、湖北经济学院法商学院教学质量优秀奖三等奖2次；湖北省优秀学士学位论文指导老师2次；2010-2012年度荣获湖北经济学院优秀共产党员称号、2011-2012学年“先进班主任”和“就业工作优秀个人”等荣誉称号。从事室内设计、家具设计等方向研究。在中国社会科学报、美术大观、湖北经济学院学报、家具与室内装饰等报纸期刊上共发表论文20余篇，其中核心论文4篇；参编教材2部。主持校级教研项目1项，参与各级纵向项目3项，横向项目5项。
